Question WiFi connected Video camera to bell push

Greatings, has anyone ever WiFi connected an internal porch Video camera to a separate external bell push? Or Maybe even camera bell push hardwired to a Rasbery Pii through to a router?

Are you trying to get it to start recording? Many cameras have a set of terminals that can be connected to a switch. They can be triggered by the opening or closing of the switch.

Thanks to the reply, good question and open to different options but video recording would be good option maybe through card. Though a similar option also to the current ring doorbells would be good but with the push unit been outside but main in a porchway but bell outside, viewing video
