Question wifi connection issues

done a fresh install of windows. installed drivers but a lot of the time it will say connected but no internet yet still wont let me into my router(reset still not working).
works when using ethernet.
pc can connect to my phones hotspot no issues. phone can use my wifi no issues. pc just wont connect.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and Windows version.

Ensure that only the wireless network adapter is enabled on your pc.

Who has full admin rights to the router? You may need help from that person.
