Hello, I'm posting this for a friend as he cannot do it himself at this current time.
This is his router

Specs //
i5 6600
gtx 970
8G Ram
Windows 10
Motherboard?Unsure.
He bought this pc prebuilt against my best wishes.
Hes using wifi that is built into the Motherboard and it constantly drops his connection around every 3-5 minutes up until around 6pm EST
His friend who he lives with in their apartment and owns the internet does not want to even try to replace the router to see if it is faulty so we are trying to narrow down if its his pc as of now.
Can anybody give me some input as to what could be causing it?
We've looked into event viewer and the only thing we have found is a DNS error, which shouldn't be leading to his drops.
We've also made sure his power option were not turning off the wifi.
