Wifi doesnt turn on

The lapto worked well for many years, but for a few months now, the wifi wont work. It shows the X as when it is turned off. I tried pressing the on/off button, I tried reinstalling drivers, reinstalling windows, i even took it to someone to have a look inside thinking its some kind of physical problem. Nothing worked

Does it show up in device manager? Is it dissabled?
