If I use wifi on my motherboard as well as Ethernet, do the two interfaces work together to increase the speed over just the Ethernet alone?

Nope. Windows will only use one or the other unless you do a bunch of manual stuff. Even then, wired directly to the router is as fast as possible in a home network. If you have things like powerline adapters or other non-ethernet parts of your network, then wired may not be the fastest way.

Thank you. Guessed as much, but now I know.
Btw, with the wifi left connected, I'm still able to use bluetooth even tho the PC is using Ethernet, yes?

In some ways you can think of the bluetooth as a completely different device that just happens to be on the same card as the wifi. They just share the antenna with the wifi. Most even require a USB connection to the card for the bluetooth.
