wifi gust connection

with d-link n300 adsl dsl -2750u in the gust wifi connection i can not access my mobile phone is the any solution !

For Guest Wi-Fi Connections you must open a web browser on the connecting device, go to a website such as Google.com, then you'll be asked a password on a page that pops up instead of Google.com.

After logging in with the password, you will be able to access internet.
