Wifi has gotten super slow. Help with a new wireless router purchase???

I have a tp-link ac1200 that has been doing great for a while now, but lately the wifi in the house is so slow it's hard to use. I keep getting dropped in games on my phone etc. Too slow to stream multiple streams. Thinking I maybe need to try a new router, though honestly, I'm not real sure that's going to help. Any ideas out there are are decently priced?

U have REBOOT it of course.

Yes. Could just be the provider as well, but we are out in the sticks a bit and don't have options to switch etc.

To fix an issue, you first must identify the problem.

Highly unlikely that the router and its WiFi has gotten slower all on its own.
There is some other environmental issue.

More devices, neighbors, someone moved the router antennae...something else changed.

Discover what that is first, before throwing money at what may be a non-problem.
