Wifi Hotspot not working when using netsh command, but working when using Connectify

My android phone does not have internet access when i connected to wifi hotspot.But when I used Connectify to create hotspot everything is fine, i also have internet access in my android device.

Here is my steps what I was followed, I have run these below commands.

netsh wlan set hostednetwork ssid=[[Name]] key=[[Password]]
netsh wlan start hostednetwork.

And also I shared my internet connection from ethernet to wifi adapter(Network sharing center -> checked "Allow other network users to connect through this computer's internet connection and select the network connection")

The net work hosted successfully.
It shows "Internet Access" in Network and Sharing Center
I can see that network in my android device.
My Android device obtained IP and connected.

But problem is my android phone does not have internet access. But when I used Connectify to create hotspot everything is fine, I also have internet access in my android device.

So, If anyone have idea, why netsh command cannot share internet? and Connectify can do that?

Note: My PC connected with LAN with static IP.

Ok now I understood. Your PC with netsh commands is creating Ad-Hoc mode network and connectify is creating Access point mode. Ad-Hoc is by default not supported by Android devices. Hence Android isn't supporting it. Beside this Access point network is more fast too. Connectify works as virtual WiFi router. You have to use it, Ad-Hoc won't work.

But i can see the Hosted Network SSID in my android devices, it also connected to network and obtained the IP. Can we create the access point manually using command prompt? or it's need to be done by only programmatic/software's.

Huh!.... Sony Xperia M2 Dual (Android 4.3)

Sorry you cant connect to Ad hoc. It is natively not supported by android, however hardware might support it. There are some root tricks to make it work, but rooting phone voids warranty. You have to use connectify, I use it too.
