Wifi lag every 10-15minutes

Hello all, here's my problem. I'm using D-link router for my wifi, it has 4 antennas, 2.4 GHz and 5GHz networks. I'm using 5GHz one, basically, sitting next to the router and I'm getting internet lag. When saying lag I mean lag, sometimes yellow triangle on the wifi icon but that rarely happens. It's about the lag, internet stops working for 10seconds, then works again until the next lag for another 10secs and so on.

Here's what I know, it's not my laptop or drivers because I'm having the same issue with other laptops/phones. I contacted my provider and they replaced my old router which was D-link with 2 antennas and same 2.4 and 5GHz networks. They also tried to update firmware and cleaned the channels, but the lag is still there. If I use cable connection, it works fine, its about the Wi-Fi.
