[SOLVED] WiFi lower than the package i pay for

Recently, I upgraded my package to 450 download speed and 20 upload, but after I changed my ip because I was being ddosed it went back down to the 100 download speed I used to pay for but the upload never changed. Please help. For the record I am using spectrum (charter) as my provider.

Sounds like you need to contact your ISP. Did you "change your IP" by changing your MAC address?

By changing your MAC address, you confused their system. They may use the MAC address to configure higher tiers of service OR use part of the MAC address to determine compatibility for higher tiers of service.
