[SOLVED] Wifi plus neighbors

Hello people,

My neighbours kind of possess my wifi, they had known it before, and wifi password, and maybe admin login and password, which i don't know. What I know is only SSID password. They have physical access also.

Now what I want to find out if I'm making connection thrugh this Wifi, they can kind of decrypt whole connection. But once they did that, can they see my logins since there's Https involved (the green lock all are familiar with, or the grey one in recent Firefox).
If they wanted, could they "break" my https or they can't?

If they have physical access and the router admin, it's not really your WiFi, is it?

https, they can see what sites you go to. The router log contains all.
They can't see the actual 'traffic'.

Please describe how your neighbor has this access. Who pays the bill to the ISP? Whose name is on the account?

USAFret, I'm probably Ok if they only see url. The bill is paid by owner and he doesn't live here. I can physically access this router too.

Other concerns:
If they have password access to the router admin, they can possibly QoS you into very low performance. Or cut you off completely.
