Hello everyone, i need a bit of help. I need to buy WIFi device(usb) for my pc. I have a neighbour who has an amazing internet(200mbit/s) and he gave pw for it. I got internet on phone and laptop now but i can't really play games on them. My neighbours internet is around 10 meters away from me and there is two walls in between. I will be buying from here http://www.saturn.de/de/category/_wlan-adapter-286894.html?searchParams=&sort=price&view=&page= I got budget of 15 euros. I know i can't get a good one but at least i want a decent one with good transfer rate. And i am wondering if i will be able to play CSGO without any lags(choke and packet loss) Thanks in advance :)

That is a 2.4GHz only wireless router so it is not really necessary to spend the extra money for a dual band adapter.

I would download and run the free wifi analyzer inDDISer from HERE to see what the actual signal strength is and how many interfering networks you have.

The signal strength indication on your other devices does not correlate very well with how good a connection you will get and wireless always has significant latency while gaming.

You may be able to achieve the best connection by using an inexpensive 2.4GHz USB adapter on a USB extension cable to position the adapter in the best spot (you can use up to a 3 meter extension cable). My recommendation would be a TP-Link 2.4GHz adapter on an extension. But I would...

10 meters with two walls, it is unlikely that you will be able to play games over wireless without lag. Any chance that you can run a cable through duct work or a small drill hole?

What model is his router? This will help to select the best adapter for your situation.
