WiFi to all devices, but no ethernet to desktop PC

So late last night I was going through tskmgr killing some processes that shouldn't be running, and I killed VBoxSVC.exe, which is related to Oracle Virtual Box, which I had uninstalled earlier that day in favor of VMWare.

So I killed the process and my computer instantly threw a BSOD for "SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION". Thinking nothing of it, as BF4 throws the same BSOD all the time, I rebooted my PC only to find that there was no internet access, however WiFi still worked.

When I try to access a website it attempts to connect for a long while then says "Connection Reset while the page was loading", or similar to that.

My desktop does not have a wireless card, so it can't use the WiFi network.

My network is setup as follows:

ADSL -> Modem 1 -> My PC / Modem 2
Modem 2 -> WiFi

So yeah. That's where I've been stuck for the past 14 hours or so.

I've combed the web looking for a solution but I can't find one anywhere.

If I open CMD I can connect the router and default gateway, and my network map shows that I'm connected to my router, but not the internet.

I've tried every shitty MS troubleshooter there is, with no result.

I have my PC set to obtain an IP automatically, but I'm still getting nowhere with this.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
- Ryan
