Strange this.
My wii will not 'see' my home network SSID.
My mobile 'sees' around 10 SSIDs including my home network broadcasting on 2.5 and 5 MHz with WPA2 security and also a Guest SSID with no password. It connects to any of these with no problem as does the PC
The wii sees only 3 SSIDs (all of lower strength than my home network - according to the phone)
Of these 3 SSIDs, 2 are WPA2 and the other WPA
If I use my mobile (LG V20) as a hot spot, the wii sees it just fine and will connect
My router will transmit 80.211 b/g/n mixed g/n mixed or just n but changing this makes no difference.
So what do I have to change in my router to get it to produce a signal the wii will see?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
(clue?: I've never used the wii's wifi since I changed router to an Archer 1600 and before that there was no problem. So Im pretty sure its somethig to do with the router)
