Will 50 clock difference between there 2 VGAs affect performance very much?

I bought this VGA http://www.xfxforce.com/en-us/products/amd-radeon-rx-400-series/rx-480-gtr-8gb-dd-led-rx-480p8dfa6 but the Black Edition has 50 more clock http://www.xfxforce.com/en-us/products/amd-radeon-rx-400-series/rx-480-gtr-black-8gb-dd-led-rx-480p8dba6

They were almost the same price, the Black Edition was $20 more to be sure, should I feel bad or it is ok according to performance?

Not a significant difference. You can always overclock the card you bought to that level with relative ease.

Probably 1 or 2 if any. Nothing the human eye would notice.
