Will 550Ti get above 150fps in CS:GO on high settings?

I want to sell my GTX 980 so I can use that money towards a 1080Ti as I don't have $800 to just throw into a black hole but I still want to game for the two weeks while I ship out my card and then get a 1080Ti. The only card that I found around my house was an old GTX 550Ti 1GB, I only plan to play CSGO so will it be able to run in at high settings at 1080p? I'm looking for around 150 fps on average. I do realise the 550Ti will bottleneck my system by four times but this is just until I get my 1080Ti in two weeks.

Put it on low and you are good to go.
