Will a 2133mhz 2x8gb ram bottleneck a i7-6700k and GTX 1080?

If so then should I go with what ram speed that won't bottleneck anything or cause too much overclocking.

Looks fine. There are some recent benchmarks that show SOME games minimum fps scale very well with ram speed. It used to be that ram speed didn't matter so much...i think it does now.

From all I've read, 2400 seems to be point of diminishing returns in gaming currently. You'll be fine.

Note, that average fps sees little difference purely minimums.
