I am just worried that it will crash, it is my first build and I’m very confused. I calculated the total draw would be about 550w but will it run okay when I play gpu intensive game. I’m not going to be overclocking either.
Thanks for any response :)

I am getting the founders edition and I have a EVGA B5 650w. So it should work thank you so much. Will it still work with 5 case fans and a nvme drive, a 7200 rpm drive and a led strip. Sorry all the questions, like I said this is my first build :)
Case fans, LED's and SSD drives all use very small amounts of power, only a few watts. Even a standard hard drive only uses around 8-10 watts. They're insignificant in the big picture. The GPU and CPU dictate what power needs are. The EVGA B5 is actually a decent PSU, considering how many junk models EVGA releases. You'll be fine with what you have.

The reference 3070, from what I've read, is rated at 220 watts. You can expect different card manufacturers to increase that number, somewhat, with higher performance overclocked cards. A good quality 650W PSU should be fine with a 2700x CPU and 3070 GPU, if you already own one. If you're looking to buy a PSU, the price difference between a 650W and 750W PSU is usually relatively small, so it wouldn't hurt to get a 750W PSU. The most important thing is that it needs to be a quality unit and not a low budget PSU, regardless of wattage.
