will a 300 watts psu support this gpu?

im planning to buy this gpu HD-687A-ZHFC but i only have a 300-320 watts psu.
will my psu support this gpu?

Get a GTX 1050 or RX 460.
If you can't afford at least that you shouldn't bother buying a GPU.

The RX 550 is terrible value, a 1050 can be had for nearly the same price and performs far better.

That 6870 requires two 6 pin pci-ex connectors, there's no 300W power supply you might have that could power that.

so im buying this gpu ( https://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150561 ) but it requires 2x6 pin my psu only has a 1x6 pin.
can i still plug it with 1x6 pin and use the gpu.
