Will a 4x4 16GB work on this MOBO?

Hello, community!

So I was just wondering if my Vengence LPX DDR4 (4x4) 16gb kit will work on my motherboard. I've looked at the memory support list on the motherboard's information page but usually, there are way more modules to be listed on there.

I don't even know if my motherboard will support 4x4 since there are only exactly 4 DIMM slots. I might just pop all of them in the slots and see what happens, and if it doesn't work then that's that.

The board supports 4x4 , you'll just have to try it.

they should work fine so long as you're not using an APU on the mobo.

notice on the spec page for the mobo it shows that 2666 speed ram will work all 4 slots even with dual rank ram. should work out. but then again ryzen is kinda picky so won't know for sure until you give it a shot.

note that you will not get quad channel since the mobo is not but it will give 2 x dual channel which is good anyway

best bet is drop em in and see what happens. if it does not like all 4, try 2 sticks and see what happens and go from there
