Will a 500w psu work with 600Va (360w) ups.

i3 6100
1x8gb corsair vengenance ram
500w psu
Msi h110 pro vd mobo
I am planning to add a 750ti

I selected a ups of 600va which means approx. 360w will it work with my system

depends on what the power supply is actually providing. what are your specs? it may only be drawing 300W at full, or it may be eating 450 all the time.
if the system is not drawing over 360W it should be okay for the minimum of protection.
