[SOLVED] Will a 60hz GPU work with 50hz or 75hz display?

Hi everyone...
Does anyone know - will this GPU work with this display or is there a more suitable GPU?
The GPU as far as I know is 60hz however the display manual is confusing me because it does state in the first section 60hz/75hz but the rest of it only refers to either 50hz or 75hz

the gpu is not set to a specific rate. that depends on the job its doing and the rest of the parts.

you may get more or less hz depending on what you're trying to do.

they'll work fine together but the question of what frame rates to expect will be something you'll have to play around with and see how it goes.

higher resolution means less frames, lower resolution would allow for higher rates. lower the resolution though makes the cpu a bigger factro and eventually it becomes the bottleneck in the system. higher frames puts heavier stress to the gpu meaning the bottleneck is there now. finding the best balance is what you have to play around with to find.

there is no way around these facts before you ask, one or the other is going to be the limiting factor eventually no matter what you buy. just the way it works.

Thanks for info... There is two HDMI slots on the monitor... one for 50hz and one for 75hz.. which one should I use?

the fastest one is what i would use.

lower rates won't cause a problem but the slot will allow faster rates to be utilized up to the max it can handle
