Will a 700w 80 PLUS White PSU be fine for an RTX 2070?

Got a 700w Thermaltake Smart PSU, and I want to know if it's enough to use an RTX 2070, but if It's not the case, I will go with a 2060, then. (pairing with Ryzen 5 2600x)
