Will a 8800GTS Run / Fit in my case?

Ok so here's the deal. I wanna upgrade my video card from my current 7600GS (256mb) to a 8800GTS (320mb). What I need to know is this, will this card run on my pc and also will i have enough room in my case to install. Also, will I need to add better cooling if I were to get the 8800GTS because right now i am using the stock case fans. If you have any suggestions for a different, but better video card thats less than $310 please dont hesitate to post. I know I won't get the DX10 features since i'm using XP but I plan on purchasing Vista later.

This will fit in my case? Because when i measured to see if it will fit it comes EXTREMELY close to touching my memory or the northbridge....but if this will fit I will get it but i'm worried it won't fit.

The only thing in your way might be that northbridge. You'll also lose your top 2 SATA ports. The card however WILL fit your case since the GTS isn't longer than your mobo even with the express power attached.
