Will a amd a8 7600 bottleneck the rx 480?

I just want it to experience vr. I probably wont be playing that much games another just using it mainly for vr.

Most VR requirement estimates I have seen recommend an i5 or better CPU. The A8 is not nearly as powerful as an i5.
In real life, games vary widely in how much CPU power they require. Some games require very little CPU power. For those, you would be fine. For games that need a good CPU, though, you would notice a significant slowdown-enough that it could make VR very uncomfortable.
