Will a Cryorig R1-ultimate fit in my case?

Cryorig R1-Ultimate is 168.3mm height, My case is (Cooler Master N-500) which is 162mm maximum cpu cooler height. I've read some articles that some coolers were too tall for the case and fits. Will cryorig r1 fit?

6.3 mm is a lot.
I wouldn't risk it tbh.
on the other hand, what kind of CPU do you have?
because if you're not on a 2011-3 board the R1 is severe overkill.
if you just want a black cooler, the be quiet! Dark Rock 3 will easily do

I got the i7-4790k and on a z97x 1150 board.
I wanna try to overclock it. btw im a newbie

Yeah a smaller cooler will handle that easily. Doesn't have to be such a big cooler like the R1.
Above stated BeQuiet will easily do
