So far, the CX(M) line from Corsair has shown themselves to be solid Tier 3 units. They follow specs very well, at least until the three year warranty runs out. After that the general consensus is they tend to fail pretty quickly after that point in time. If it fails nicely, it just acts like it shut down - permanently. If it fails in an evil way, you will be replacing most of those parts at the same time you replace it.
I was unaware of this when I bought one for a build for my wife two years ago, so I'm going to have to keep a close eye on it after the beginning of 2016. (It's a lower power rig: i7-3930K and an ATI FirePro V4800 with a CX600 PSU. ~354W)
