Yes it will, GPU memory is dedicated to the GPU so there's no need to accomplish any "compatibility" between DDR of the card and DDR of the mobo, just be sure to have the proper socket to install the card.

A DDR2 graphics card is going to be very very slow and crap, just so you know.

yes it will work........but that card will bottleneck ur system.
graphics card and PCIe slots has backwards compatibility...so you'll be fine
