Will a Dell 745 SMT motherboard fit in a Dell 740 SMT case

The Dell 740 takes a BTX motherboard. I'm not sure if the Dell 745 motherboard is a BTX or mATX.

I do not have either case but I can get a 740 case at a low price. I don't want to get the 740 motherboard because it only supports a AMD CPU which is more expensive than ( and I prefer) Intel. I know the 745 uses an Intel CPU but I don't know if the board is a BTX or mATX.
