Will a EVGA 1050 SC 2GB Single-Fan fit and work in a Dell Optiplex 960 MT?

I bought a Dell Optiplex 960 MT on eBay today and i was wondering if my GTX 1050 SC 2GB Single-Fan will fit and work? Here the specs

4GB of Ram (will be switched out to 12GB)
160GB HDD (will be swith out to a 500GB) one)
Intel Core 2 Duo 3GHz
Windows 7 64-Bit
~240w

Might be running on the very limits of that psu's capabilities if it's even able to run that at all. The recommended psu is 300 for the 1050. Probably not the best idea to do that, get a new psu and be done with it

Sorry for the late reply! I just a EVGA 400w off Amazon. Will that do?
