Will a Gigabyte GeForce GTX 750 Ti OC 2GB GDDR5 fit an Asus P5Q3 motherboard?

My motherboard is an Asus P5Q3, with an LGA775 Cpu, and 4 GB DDR3 RAM. Is it compatible with a Gigabyte GTX 750 Ti OC 2GB GDDR5 128bit grapich card? Thx. for the answers!

Motherboard is PCIe 2.0 Card will work just fine. Might experience some mild bottlenecks.

LGA775 is beyond outdated. You will not get the same Frame Rates in games as you would with a i5-4590 for example. Basically the Cpu can only think so fast so the video card as to wait in most games. Adding that card will still be an improvement.
