Will a GT 730 work with my AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 3800+?

I am just curious if not then I will upgrade to something up to $50. Also I don't want it to bottleneck my system so if it will then just tell me.

Nope something worse. It's an ATI Radeon Xpress 1150.

It's a AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 3800+ socket is AM2

Check your MB and it's CPU compatibility chart, there are up to 4 core Phenoms that work with appropriate AM2 boards. If it is actually AM2+ board, even Athlon II x4 are available which are classes over that one of yours.
