will a gtx 650 + low end I3 be able to run league of legends?

currently using a 1.6ghz pentium laptop which is slightly awful to play with. So my friend offered me their old pc, will this game be able to run on it? I'm assuming that it should because the low end I3's are around 3ghz and i actually have a gpu to use.

The laptop i currently use is a lenovo ideapad 110 1.6ghz intel pentium cpu

I can play league on a 13 year old athlon pc with integrated graphics. But only at very low settings.
