Will a GTX 750 or gtx 745 work with my Dell Inspiration 3847 i3 4150

I would like to know if a GTX 750 or 745 will work with this PC. Here are the specifics

Intel (R) Core (TM) i3 4150 CPU @3.50GHz
8 gb DDR3 1600MHz
1TB hardrive 7200 rpm
Windows 8.1
300 w Power Supply. BTW I heard that you can't upgrade a Dell power supply
And on a Dell site I saw something about a gtx 750 card being OEM friendly or something like that. Can it work? And one other thing. It has a HD4400 integrated graphics. Can it play games like osmi 2 and GTA 5 ?
An answer would be greatly appreciated, preferably from someone who's a Dell technician or a computer technician. Thanks for your time.

I have the same setup but using a gtx750ti. the cpu and the gpu have low power drain and will work perfectly in the setup. beaware in the future though, as 300w is very low normally for gaming pc
