Question Is my GPU a refurbished one ?

Can someone help me verify if my GPU is a refurb? GPU is dead after 1 year.
I just want to make sure that someone already changed GPU chip here

What are those pictures? Did you open the card? According to the MSI warranty policy, you may have voided your warranty by doing that:

. Any addition, alteration, installation, modification, removal, or repair of the product, product parts, or product software by any non-MSI authorized third parties.

You still can try to RMA it, but it depends where you got it from. If you bought it as new from an official retailer (and it's specified on your invoice), then the warranty (3 years) starts from the day you bought it. If you bought it from ebay or a marketplace, then it's impossible to prove the product was not refurbished and the warranty would likely start from the day the card was manufactured. For a 3080, it's likely more than 3 years ago.
