Will a Gtx 750 ti and a i7 4790 give me 200+ fps on csgo?

Hey, I just ordered a Gtx 750 ti, and was wondering if I will be able to reach at least 200 frames on lowest settings @ 1080 res, my current processor is a i7 4790 with integrated graphics and I get about 40-60 fps on that res

It would be a little lower based upon what I see others getting. maybe averaging 150, peak framerate above 200 and minimum framerate around 100: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NcWmMLxaN9Y

1. Contradictory statement "lowest settings @ 1080 res"

You should be able to play around 100-110 F/s @ 1080p, AA disabled, 100-120 Hz monitor @ 1900*1080.
