Will a GTX760 fit my motherboard

+1 without a new CPU you may not see a whole lot of improvement your CPU will seriously be holding you back.

A bottleneck shouldnt prevent you from buying a graphics card. You can always upgrade the processor later. Sure the CPU will hold you back, but that doesnt mean that a 760 wouldnt be an upgrade.

What power supply are you running? Wattage is not enough; quality is key. It also depends on the games you are trying to play.

So the only thing is that my CPU is holding it back, which I already knew would happen, but I will be upgrading that by the end of the year anyway.
Thanks for the help so far.

If you dont know the power supply you are running, it would probably be a good time to upgrade it. If its a nice Antec/Corsair/XFX/good branded power supply, then you should be fine.
