Will a HEXA+ 550W PSU handle a R9 380

Hey guys I am kinda stuck here, wondering if my 550W PSU will be able to run a 380 with no problems. Here is my current build:

i5 4690k
B85M g motherboard
12GB RAM

If so, I'd expect the system may reboot or shut down occasionally. 2 x 18 amp +12V rails is pretty weak for the 190W R9-380 and the rest of the system. It's not something I'd want to use.
