Will a micro-ATX board look weird in a NZXT S340?

I'm building a budget pc, and i'm thinking about getting a micro-ATX mobo and a mid-tower case.

Will a micro-ATX MSI B350M Mortar Arctic look weird in a NZXT S340 mid tower case?

Look weird? in terms of what? Looking at it from outside the case in from the Window or just look weird with the case open?

I mean it if fits, it will work. As for looks... Looking at it from the case open it may look awkward. With the case closed and through a Window. Not so much.

Nothing wrong at all.
Nobody uses all 7 expansion slots anyway.

But, if you have a M-ATX motherboard, why not use a M-ATX case that will be smaller and cool equally well.
I am thinking of Silverstone TJ-08E or PS-07.
