Will A Modded X5460 Work with this mobo

i want to Buy a Modded X5460 and install it on my GigaByte UP43-UD3L
Will it Work?
What Should i Do after Installing the CPU?
some people say That i should go to bios and do some stuff and some other say that i should install a program on windows for the X5460 to work and some other say to i should do nothing and the X5460 will just work
as i said above The X5460 is Modded To Lga 775

The chipsets that do not support this kind of chipmod are: x38/x48/q35/q45/g33/g43. It seem that you have a P43 chipset? Then you might be safe.
