33 years old? I highly doubt that. 3.3 years I would believe.

Your power supply unit is made by AcBel Polytech. HP doesn't manufacture power supplies. It's outsourced to various suppliers. AcBel Polytech is not one of the best OEMs like Delta Electronics.

It is left up to you to decide whether or not you want to risk it.
For a system using a single GeForce GTX 750 Ti graphics card NVIDIA specifies a minimum of a 400 Watt or greater system power supply that has a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 20 Amps or greater. (Minimum system power requirement based on a PC configured with an Intel Core i7 3.2GHz, 130W TDP processor.)

Total Power Supply Wattage is NOT the crucial factor in power supply selection!!! Sufficient Total Combined Continuous Power/Current Available on the +12V Rail(s) is the most critical factor.

For the HP Pavilion p6-2065uk Desktop PC configuration the PSU should have at least a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 15 Amps or greater.

Your power supply image shows that the HP Pavilion p6-2065uk power supply's maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating is 18 Amps. That should work.

Make sure that the GeForce GTX 750 Ti card that you get can support legacy BIOS (i.e. text based). Some of the GeForce GTX 750 Ti cards will only support motherboards that use a UEFI BIOS (i.e. graphical interface). Some GeForce GTX 750 Ti cards even have a switch that you can set to handle whatever motherboard BIOS type you have.

yep. and op, look for a evga superclocked version without the acx cooler. cooler, quieter and less space is taken up

your answer kind of contradicts itslef. you say that my psu dosnt meet the minimal requirements and yet you still reccomend getiing it? please explain in more detail

wrong. i am not the same person. it does meet it. nvidia bases amps by using an ocd i7 with 64gb ram. basically a bench rig. your psu will work with it

The HP Pavilion p6-2065uk's power supply is electrically capable of handling the MSI GTX 750 Ti Gaming 2 GB [N750Ti TF 2GD5/OC] card.
