Will a phanteks halo fan frame fit the Pure Rock Slim CPU cooler

My question is litterlly the title will it and if so how do install it

Won't fit.
Phanteks halo fan frame is for fans with size 120mm and 140mm.
Pure Rock Slim has 90mm fan.
