The Motherboard on my old PC went bad. I believe (hope?) the CPU is not damaged, and neither is the controller card or RAM. Question: I have a new Motherboard, which is exactly the same make and model as the old damaged one. If I replace the damaged Motherboard with the new Motherboard, and reinstall all of the above components in the same configuration, will the PC then recognize the RAID 0 configured SSD and HD?

A RAID 0 of an SSD and HDD will be as slow as the HDD. That configuration makes no practical sense. You loose speed and increase probabilities of data loss.
