Will a Sapphire R9 270X Toxic fit in my case?

Hey all! I'm having some trouble deciding on which version of the R9 270X I should get, and it's down between the Toxic and any of the non-Toxic versions. I say this because I'm not quite sure if this fan would fit in my CiT Neptune ATX case, and as I'm terrible with measurements I'm not sure if it'll fit.

Can anyone confirm if it will fit comfortably in my case? Here's the link to it:

Thanks in advance for all the help, and I look forward to seeing your responses! Take care! ^^

Solution
The toxic will be tight mate - that's pushing a £150 card.
What's your budget ??
Id honestly be looking at a 280 or a gtx 960 personally for around the same money.
measure from the back of your case where the pci express slots are to the front where the hdd brackets are. If it is more than 310mm then you are fine.

this is also the longest 270x so all other versions will fit if this fits.

I can spend around £150-180, and it'll be the last one I'll need for a long while. It has to be compatible with my AMD FX-4300 (I understand it'll bottleneck better GPUs performance, but so long as they work I'm not too fussed).

To truly show my newbiness to PC gaming, would a Nvidia card work on an AMD CPU? As I don't hear people putting the two together I'm unsure; that and I don't get Nvidia's naming conventions (though that's something that can quickly be solved through an hour's reading, if that).

I'll look at GTX cards in the meantime so long as they work with my current CPU! Cheers for the help! ^^
