Hi, I wonder if a Seasonic ss400es works with a Msi rx570 armor 4gb. The psu has seven or eight years.

On the other hand, I have to put an adapter and I found differents options, molex to 8 pin, sata to 8 pin and 6 pin to 8 pin, but I don't know what is the best for the gpu.
Thanks!

Solution
This is an extremely old model (and only a 360W PSU in modern terms). This is a very bad idea. Even if the PSU was fine, adapters of this type have an obnoxious tendency to cause fires.

The only adapter that should be used in a situation like this is one that connects your wallet to a new, modern PSU not one manufactured 10 years ago on a 15-year-old design.

Unfortunately, they are a bit more expensive there. Something like this would be more than respectable.

That things are expensive doesn't change the basic safety issue; your PSU doesn't suddenly have more than 360W of +12V power or become not a decade old and adapters don't become safe just because it's inconvenient.

You either need to shell out the money for the PSU or the money for the 1650, unless you want to risk having to replace more new and old PC components. Things are expensive now given the supply difficulties. Are all Newegg Argentina options $100 shipping?

The cost of the shipping depends of the product, but is too high and also I have to pay more money for taxes. unfortunately it´s no an option newegg or amazon.

What do you think about this one?

Meh. It's a better option than straining a 360W PSU and using a fire-risk adapter, but if you're going to have to overspend, you might as well overspend on something that will last you a decade. But it's at least a real option, if a middling one.
