Will adding a rx480 kill my system?

Alright I'm looking into buying a Sapphire Nitro+ rx480 when it comes out, I noticed that the TDP is a step higher. I was already concerned about how my PSU would handle a new GPU and this has me more worried. Would it be smarter to stick with a normal TDP rx480 or a gtx1060? or would I be alright?

The Sapphire RX 480 shouldn't be too much for the system.
