okay im planning on purchasing a phanteks tph tc 14pe
i knw its huge but if i buy kingston fury rams will the ram have enough space to fit into a asus z97 a

According to the product page and a review, it'll take up one RAM slot and around half of a second. So assuming you only have 2 sticks you should be fine.

You can also move the fan up slightly for a possible 3 sticks, just make sure your case can accommodate such a large cooler. The Noctua D14 is a worthy replacement if the Phanteks cooler is too large
