I Will upgrade my pc in Christmas so can my cpu keep up with that card until Christmas?
You can, but the GPU will be bottlenecked. If you are fine with that, then stick with it until Christmas.

I was planning on buying an AMD FX 8320 but everybody suggests buying an Intel i5 4670 but I don't have the money to buy an Intel i5 processor.
Your motherboard does not support the FX-8320. You will need a new motherboard. Please also know that changing the motherboard may require you to re-install your operating system because the old motherboard drivers won't work on the new motherboard.

When watching on youtube reviews, intel processors show even 10 frames improvement in some games so is the Intel i5 4670k that better than an AMD FX 8320 Cpu?
In terms of gaming, yes. The FX-8320 is still better at multi-tasking and heavily-threaded applications like Photoshop. While the FX has more cores, each core is individually weaker compared to the i5. That is why the i5 is better at gaming in general because the majority of games do not use many cores.

Thank you for the quick answer but is the Intel i5 4670k that better than the amd fx 8320?
I already answered that above.
MichaelEpicBeast :
If I change my mobo and buy a Z87 mobo with i5 4670k would that be alot better than an FX 8320 paired with an 990fx?
In a way, yes. Why? Because the FX line is dead. AMD left it and are focusing on their APU line. So there is no direct upgrade to the FX-8320. You can upgrade to a FX-8350, but it will never be worth the money to do so.
MichaelEpicBeast :
What is the difference between an 32nm and 22nm except the wattage?
Nothing aside from power consumption. It has nothing to do with performance.
MichaelEpicBeast :
i5 has lower wattage so can my silverstone 500w power my system
I5 4670K, Z87 And r9 280x
PSU: Strider SST-ST50F-ES230 500W
You original post says it is a Seasonic. Did you change it? A Silverstone Strider PSU isn't terrible, but 500W is cutting it very close. I don't recommend running the PSU so close to its limit because it performs less efficiently and if you managed to go over, it shuts off.
MichaelEpicBeast :
I plan on buying a i5 4670 non k because it's cheaper and I don't plan on overclocking so is the Asrock B85 Pro4 a good motherboard.
Yes; that is fine.
MichaelEpicBeast :
It is better but i was planning to have crossfire in the future with r9 280x and b85 supports crossfire and h87 doesn't.
H87 definitely does support CrossFireX. But you probably don't need the extra features of H87 so B85 is definitely a legit option.
