will american psu work in england?

Ok so i want to build a pc for easy portability in the PC-TU100 by Lian Li mini-itx case. PSU choice is limited to only two choices by silverstone tek. I Live in England and saw the following item on amazon.com;

My question is if i order this item from America, will i be able to use it in England with a normal 'UK Mains to IEC C13 Power Lead Kettle Plug'??

Yes it will , the label states that it will run on 240V 50Hz.
And yes the plugs are standard.

Cable-wise you could use an old or spare ATX wall to PSU cable.

Factor in exchange rates, shipping costs and taxes to find total cost in Pounds

That PSU is also available through Amazon UK so why buy from Amazon US?, doesn't make sense if you live in England.

too many noise complaint regarding this psu. dont think i will be buying it now anyway.
