I currently have a Corsair GS-800W PSU and was wondering if that would be sufficient enough to
power 2 of these behemoths in Crossfire (Sapphire R9 280x Toxic Edition)

PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139047

My current setup is:
AMD FX-8350 (with cooler master hyper 212+ cooler)
1TB WD Blue HDD
(2x) Gigabyte 7870's Ghz Edition (Crossfired)
Case has 3 fans total (2 200mm and 1 120mm)

Just wondering if with my current setup i'd have enough juice to power it all

Solution
Oh its a 280x, that's the equivalent of the 7970 which does take more power. You'll still be alright, at load a system with two 7970 GHz pulls about 700ws

Care to elaborate further? I wanna be 100% certain before I plop down $700 for the cards. Of course upgrading the PSU is not out of the question if you think it's necessary

An 800W PSU could handle 2 GTX Titans with your 8350.

Well I've heard that the Toxic edition requires more power (it requires two 8-pin power connectors) Do you forsee this giving me any trouble in the future?

Here's a link to the PSU I currently have if that helps : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139047
